This year was a little bit different.

We had a very small family party, between me going back to work and Eloise continuously getting sick, I just couldn't handle anything more. Next year I can't wait to have her little friends at the party too!

She seemed a little excited but just didn't get into it. I was really hoping for a major cake smash but as so many parenting moments seem to go, not what I had been expecting!
Aaand, with that look we are done trying to push the cake.
Back to the balloons. Well worth the investment, we got many days of play out of those.
